Definition
Intoxicating drug, means, opium, ganja, bhang, charas and any preparation or admixture thereof, and includes any other intoxicating substance, or liquid which the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare to be an intoxicating drug for purposes of this Act.
