Definition :

Infrastructure facilities, means industrial, comm-ercial or any other facility for development and operation of the zone and includes any other facilities and amenities as may be notified by the State Government, the Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004, s. 2(h).

Means industrial, commercial or social infrastructure or other facilities necessary for the development of a Special Economic Zone of such other facilities which may be prescribed. [Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), s. 2(p)]
