Influencing the thinking, means where the assess-ment of resources is concerned. Such assessment is in part a matter of putting a value on assets and partly a matter of arithmetical calculation, Reg. v. Legal Aid Board, Ex parte Parsons, 1997 All ER 347. See also Reg. v.
