Indian Consular Officer

Indian consular officer, 'Indian consular officer' means the consul-general, consul, vice-consul, con-sular agent and proconsul appointed as such by the Central Government, and includes any person authorised by the Central Government to perform the functions of consul-general, consul, vice-consul, consular agent or proconsul.
