Definition :

Guest. One who chooses to become a guest cannot complain of the accommodation afforded him by his host, so long as there is nothing in the nature of a trap or concealed danger, see Corby v. Hill, (1858) 4 C.B.N.S. p. 565, explaining Southcote v. Stanley, (1856) 1 H. & N. 247. See also CAVEAT VIATOR; INNKEEPER.
