Gaming house, Gaming house would mean any house, room, tent etc. whether enclosed or open or any place whatsoever in which the instrument of gaming are kept or used for profits or gains by the person occupying, using or keeping such house, room, tent etc. whether by way of charge or otherwise, M.J.
