Fugam fecit (he has made flight), said of a person who is found by inquisition to have fled for felony, etc., upon which forfeiture of goods took place. Obsolete, 7 & 8 Geo. 4, c. 28, s. 5; and see 33 & 34 Vict. c. 23.
