Fuer, flight. It is of two kinds: (1) fuer in fait or in facto, where a person does apparently and corporally flee; (2) fuer in ley, or in lege, when being called into the county Court he does not appear, which legal interpretation makes flights, Staund. Pl. Cor. Lib. 3, c. 22.
