Formulation, the definition of 'formulation' is thus very wide and includes even one bulk drug where that one bulk drug by itself is treated as a medicine, Balakrishna Pillai v. Matha Medicals, (1991) 2 SCC 203 (207). [Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979, s. 2(f)]
