Definition :

Fair wages, mean between the living wage and the minimum wage and even the minimum wage contemplated above is something more than the bare minimum or subsistence wage which would be sufficient to cover the bare physical needs of the worker and his family, a wage which would provide also for the provide also for the preserva-tion of the efficiency of the worker and for some measure of education, medical requirements and amenities, Express Newspaper (P) Ltd. v.
