Definition :

Endorsee, means the person in whose favour an endorsement is made, and in the case of successive endorsements, the person in whose favour the last endorsement is made. [Multimodal Transportation of Goods Act, 1993 (28 of 1993), s. 2 (g); Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), s. 2 (12)]
