Edition, any fresh issue or publication of a work is an edition, it seems that it is unnecessary that the type beset up anew, or even that fresh copies be printed, the essential factor being that those is a determination to reissue the work to the public, Reade v. Bentley, (1858) 4 K&J 656, see also Halsbury's Laws of England (37), para 1002, p. 685.
