Dynamite. The storage and carriage of dynamite is regulated by the Explosives Act, 1875. The use of it in public fisheries was prohibited by the Fisheries Dynamite Act, 1877, extended by the Freshwater Fisheries Act, 1878, s. 12, to private fisheries.
