Definition :

Donor, a giver, a bestower, one who gives land to another in tail, etc.

It means any person, not less than eighteen years of age, who voluntarily authorises the removal of any of his human organs for therapeutic purposes under sub-s. (1) or sub-s. (2) of s. 3. [Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (42 of 1994), s. 2 (f)]
