Definition
Developer, means a person who, or a State Govern-ment which, has been granted by the Central Government a letter of approval under sub-s. (10) of s. 3 and includes an Authority and a co-developer. [Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) s. 2(2)]
