Consular Marriage Acts of 1849 and 1868 (English) (12 & 13 Vict. c. 68), and (31 & 32 Vict. c. 61), for the marriage of British subjects abroad by consuls, extended by the Marriage Act, 1890 (53 & 54 Vict. c. 47), and Regulations made by Order in Council thereunder, and amended by the Foreign Marriage Act, 1891 (54 & 55 Vict. c. 74); but all these Acts are repealed and with amendment re-enacted by the Foreign Marriage Act, 1892 (55 & 56 Vict. c. 23).
