Definition

Concessi (I have granted), a word of frequent use in conveyances. By s. 59(2) of the (English) Law of Property Act, 1925, replacing the (English) Real Property Act, 1845 (8 & 9 Vict. c. 106), s. 4, the word 'grant' in a deed executed after 1st October, 1845, shall not imply any covenant in law, save as otherwise provided by statute.
