Commercial purpose, 'Commercial' denotes 'pertaining to commerce'; it means 'connected with, or engaged in commerce; mercantile; having profit as the main aim' whereas the word 'commerce' means 'financial transactions especially buying and selling of merchandise, on a large scale', Laxmi Engineering Works v.
