Definition :

Carriage, includes any carriage, wagon, cart, truck, vehicle or other means of conveying goods or passengers by land in whatever manner the same maybe propelled. [Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), s. 4 (b)]

Means the carriage of passengers or goods by a railway administration. [Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), s. 2 (2)
