Butter Factory - Definition - Law Dictionary

Definition :

Butter factory. 'Any premiseson which by way of trade butter is blended, re-worked or subjected to any other treatment, but not so as to cease to be butter.' Such premises have to be registered and are open to inspection by any officer of the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries or of the Local Government Board, by virtue of the Butter and Margarine Act, 1907.
