Brick-built, means brick-built in the ordinary sense, and does not include a house built partly of brick and partly of timber, with some parts of the exterior composed of lath and plaster, and without partly walls, Halsbury's Laws of England, Vol. 4(2), 4th Edn., Para 335, p. 299; Powel v.
