Basa land, a Chak comprises Basas, a Basa comprises both cultivated and uncultivated lands, uncultivated land includes Banzar Kadeem which in turn includes unmeasured forests, Raj Kumar Rajinder Singh v. State of Himachal Pradesh, (1990) 4 SCC 320: AIR 1990 SC 1833 (1844).
