Appearance sec. stat. (i.e., Secundum statutum), which was entered at law by a plaintiff for a defaulting defendant under 12 Geo. 1, c. 29, and 2 Wm. 4, c. 39, was abolished by 15 & 16 Vict. c. 76, s. 26.
