Definition :

Allottee, a person to whom land under an inclosure Act or shares in a public undertaking are allotted. See COMPANY.

--in relation to an apartment, means the person to whom such apartment has been allotted, sold or otherwise transferred by the promoter. [Delhi Apartment Ownership Act, 1986 (58 of 1986), s. 3(b)]
