Swadhinam, is a word of wide import and has to be construed with reference to the context in which it is used. It should be given a wider meaning of vesting the property, or transferring the property to the trustee, and not merely delivering possession, Rajaj Sagi Janki Devi v. Appuru Bhukta Ramaswami, (1976) 2 Andh WR 117.
