Receiving the articles, conveyance or package 'within the octroi limits necessarily implies that the word receiving' would cover the storing or keeping of such articles within the municipal limits, also for use, consumption or sale, especially when the enforcing staff can demand the production of a bill, invoice or document of a like nature relating to such articles, M/s Eko Electronics, Patiala v.
