Quantity discount, can be defined as a dealer receives from the assessee a stated extra quantity if he buys a certain other quantity, CCE v. Hindustan Lever Ltd., (2002) 10 SCC 545. [Central Excise Act; 1944, s. 4(4)(d)(ii)]
