Definition :

Public library, means--

(i) a library within the public library system of the State,

(ii) a library recognized by the Director under s. 18, and

(iii) any other library which the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare to be a public library for the purposes of this Act. [Rajasthan Public Libraries Act, 2006, s. 2(o)]
