Definition :

Private slaughter house, means a slaughter-house which is not maintained by Board and which is licensed by a Board under the provisions of this Act. [Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), s. 2 (xxix)]

Private slaughter house means a slaughter house which is not a municipal slaughter house. [Manipur Municipalities Act, 1994 (43 of 1994) s. 2(47)]
