Ousterlemain [amoveremanum, Lat.], the delivery of the lands out of the guardian's hands, upon the heir attaining twenty-one, or the heiress sixteen years of age. Abolished by 12 Car. 2, c. 24.

Also a livery of land out of the sovereign's hands on a judgment given for him that sued out a monstrans de droit, Staunf. Pr'rog. C. 24.
