Naqdirazan, naqdirazan is money commutation for the obligation of maintaining a specified number of horses. This is clearly a grant for military service, and will be a jagir, Thakur Amar Singh v. State of Rajasthan, AIR 1955 SC 504 (535): (1955) 2 SCR 303. (Constitution of India, Article 31A)
