Multiple disabilities, means a combination of two or more disabilities as defined in clause (i) of s. 2 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (1 of 1996) means a combination of two or more disabilities as defined in cl. (i) of s. 2 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (1 of 1996).
