Definition :

Motor bicycle, means a motor vehicle which has two wheels, and has a maximum design speed exceeding 45 kmph and, if powered by an internal combustion engine, has a cylinder capacity exceeding 50 cubic centimeters, and includes a combination of such a motor vehicle and a side-car.
