Definition :

Moratur inlege, he demurs; because the party doesnot proceed in pleading,but rests or abides uponthe judgment of the Court on a certainpoint, as to the legal sufficiency of his opponent's pleading. The Court deliberates and determines thereupon. See DEMURRER.
