Malik and Qabiz, where under a Will a person is not given any right to the appropriation of the income of the property and the entire income was to be applied to charitable and religious purposes, it is clear that the use of 'Malik' and 'Qabiz' with reference to him in connection with that property can only mean that he should be in management of the property.
