Definition :

Mahesul adalat, includes any executive officer collecting revenues. When those words are deliberately used they must refer to a Revenue Authority on whom the power of entertaining claims, objection and petitions and of investigating into them, in a manner resembling the manner of investigation by Courts and of deciding on them after due consideration, is conferred by any law for the time being in force, Vora Adamji Ibrahimji v.
