It is argued that as per prosecution, four persons opened fire, whereas the victim sustained only two gun shot injuries. It is found from the injury report of the injured that she does not face any danger to her life.2. The applicant Santokh Singh, who is in jail for more than six months shall be released on bail in Case Crime No. 75 of 2000 under Section 307, I.P.C. P.S. Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. concerned....
