This suit for partition of moveable and immoveable properties left by late Syed Raza Ali Khan, Nawab of Rampur, rendition of accounts of income, profits, usufructs andbenefits from the said property, and decree for pendente lite and future mesne profits, was filed by the plaintiff in the Court of District Judge, Rampur in the year 1972. As the proceedings in the suit could not make progress for over twenty years in the court of the District Judge, and thereafter Civil Judge, Rampur, the Hon'ble Inspecting Judge for Rampur Sessions Division, during the course of his inspection of the Judge-ship, directed the Registrar to place the matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice to withdraw the suit for trial before the High Court. Minta Devi wife of Mithai Lal and her sons Vijay Kumar, Sanjai Kumar and Ajai Kumar have preferred this revision against the judgment and order dated 23-3-1996 of Shri Brahm Singh, Sessions Judge, Sonbhadra, allowing Criminal Revision No. 40 of 1995 against the judgment and order dated 11-9-1995 of Shri Yogesh Sri vastava, S.D.M. Robertsganj in Criminal Case No. 8 of 1995 under Section 145, Cr. P.C. O.P. Garg, J. 1. Mohit Naman was a regular student of B.Sc. Part II. He appeared in Zoology IIIrd paper on Saturday 13th July. 1996 with Roll No. 53187 from C. M. P. Degree College. Allahabad in the aforesaid examination conducted by Allahabad University. There was absolutely no complaint or allegation against him either by the invigilators of the examination hall or that of the Centre Superintendent that he had indulged in adopting unfair means. The answer book of his Zoology IIIrd paper, it appears, was sent for examination and evaluation to Dr. R.S. Pandey. Department of Zoology, University of Allahabad. Sri Pandey informed the Controller of Examination.
