..... the articles sought to be imported under the rep licences are printed circuit boards, transformer including audio/video printed circuit board, tuners, speakers and deflection wires.4. ..... items covered by the rep licences are printed circuit boards, transformers, speakers, electronic tuners and deflection wires ..... it cannot be disputed that items like printed circuit boards, speakers, electronic tuners, deflection wires etc ..... these are diodes, transistors, thristors, micro circuits connectors, relays, switches, resistors, capacitors and electronic tubes ..... the fact remains that a printed circuit board is an item by itself, although it may contain both active and passive components mentioned in a.35(b) and (c) ..... he, therefore, contends that in the present case what have been imported are not printed circuit boards simpliciter, but these printed circuit boards are specially fitted with passive components like resistors, capacitors (covered by a.35(b) and active components like transistors, diodes and, other semi-conductor devices valves, integrated circuits etc. ..... in any event, articles like printed circuit boards with transformers, speakers etc. ..... therefore, according to him, printed circuit boards, transformers, speakers, tuners, deflection wires etc ..... 561(12) refers to printed circuit board as an independent item ..... ghosh, printed circuit boards, transformer, speakers ..... when a printed circuit board is imported, one cannot say that there has been import of certain active components or passive .....
