The facts in nutshell are that the complainant/appellant herein is the owner of new TATA INDIGO car bearing No.AP21 M 49959 and the same was insured with the opposite party vide policy bearing No.1808792311001804 for a value of Rs.3,15,000/-. During the subsistence of the said policy the vehicle was stolen by unknown persons at Bangalaore. In those circumstances, the complainant lodged a complaint before the Jaya Nagar P.S. and the same was registered in Crime No.208/2009.
