This appeal has been preferred against the order dated November 22nd, 2013 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (for short District Forum), Yamuna Nagar. 2. Javed @ Sakir Ali-complainant (respondent herein) purchased a truck bearing registration No.HR-58-A/3033 and got it financed with Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited-opposite party (appellant) for Rs.5,35,000/- on January 30th, 2010. The financed amount was to be repaid in 43 monthly instalments. The first instalment was of Rs.18,889/- and rest of the installments were of Rs.18,850/- each. The respondent paid the instalments upto April 19th, 2011 and thereafter defaulted in the payment of installments. The petitioner boarded the train with her bag and baggage from New Cooch Behar Station .Her ticket was checked at NJP Station by a TTE.
