Vide impugned orders the following directions were passed by the District Forum: œWe direct OP-1 and OP-4 to refund to the complainant the amount of Rs.92,400/- paid vide receipts placed on record by the complainant together with 10% interest from Dec., 2003 till such time the above amount is refunded to the complainant.
