This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 27.2.2006, passed by Judge, Family Court Ajmer, whereby Application No. 7/2003 filed by the appellant-wife, under Sections 10 and 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act 1890 (for short 'the Act') for custody of the child was dismissed and Suit No. 16/03 filed by the respondent-husband for the relief of permanent injunction retraining the appellant-wife from forcibly snatching the child from his natural guardianship was decreed.2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that the impugned order of removal dated 16.7.2003 (Annexure-4) and order dated 8.10.2003 (Annex.5) passed by the appellate authority whereby the appeal has been dismissed, be quashed and set aside, with a further direction that the petitioner may be exonerated of all charges and reinstated in service with all consequential benefits as if the impugned orders have not been passed.2. Govind Mathur, J.1. The petitioner entered in Rajasthan Police Subordinate Service being appointed as Constable in Civil Police. Despite appointment to Civil Police the services of the petitioner were utilized by the respondents as Driver that is under 'Mechanical Transport' wing of Rajasthan Police.2. The Director General of Police, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur under standing order No. 9/1990 dt. 15.11.1990 declared 'Mechanical Transport' wing as a part of Technical/Specialized Cadre of Rajasthan Police. The service of the petitioner, by an order dt. 26.07.2001, was absorbed in Motor Transport (Technical) Cadre w.e.f. the date of his initial appointment i.e. 19.09.1991.
