Convict Nayab Singh has filed this appeal from jail through Superintendent, Central Jail, Bikaner against the judgment dated 4.9.2002 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track), Anupgarh, District Sri Ganganagar, whereby, he was convicted of offence under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of fine to further undergo three months' rigorous imprisonment for killing his mother in the morning of 26th July, 1999.2.
