These two criminal misc. petitions which have been filed by the accused petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are being decided by a common order as common questions of law and facts are involved in these misc. petitions. 2. Postgraduate Medical Regulations, 2000(for short '2000 Regulations') were made by the Medical Council of India (for short MCI) in exercise of powers conferred under Section 33 read with Section l9A of the India Medical Council Act, 1956 and on their publication in the Gazette of India on October 7, 2000 they came into force. Sharma, J. 1. The appellant Hoshiyar Singh was inducted before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Deeg, district Bharatpur, for having committed murder of Ramvir. Learned trial Judge vide judgment dated April 19, 1995, convicted and sentenced him as under:-Under Section 302 IPC: to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs. 500/-, In default to further suffer one year rigorous imprisonment. Under Sec. of the Arms Act: two years rigorous imprisonment. All the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
