Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jodhpur and the order dated 8.9.1998 passed by the Addl. Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jodhpur.2. The Dy. Registrar by his order dated 4.9.1996 allowed the appeal filed by the private respondent No. 3 and declared that the respondent No. 3 was the member of the Society with effect from 7.11.1990 and ordered the Society to give all benefits to the respondent No. 3 as the Member of the Society.
