Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 9th October, 1991 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karauli, Camp Hindaun City in Sessions Case No. 69/86.2. By this order dated 9th October, 1991, the Court has directed the Incharge of the Police Station, Hindaun City to ascertain the correct address of Ghanshyam Duta, the then Dy. This appeal is directed against the judgment dated June 30, 1984, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nagaur, by which the appellant Magni Ram was convicted under Sections 302 and 447 IPC and was sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs. 100/-, and in default of payment of fine further to undergo one month's rigorous imprisonment under Section 302 IPC, and three months' rigorous imprisonment under Section 447 IPC. Both the sentences were directed to run concurrently.2. The incident, which led to the prosecution of the appellant Magni Ram, took-place in the field of Smt. Sukhi of village Guda Bhagwandas in district Nagaur in the morning of October 2, 1983. when Smt. Sukhi was murdered by accused- appellant. Magni Ram. This petition was filed on 23.5.1990 for treating the petitioner regular appointee on the post of Computer Operator and with a further prayer that even if the petitioner's appointment is not regularised, the respondents may be directed to continue the petitioner on the post till a regularly selected person become available. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed on daily wages as Computer Operator on 12th April, 1989 in the District Rural Development Agency (for Short, 'D.R.D.A.') and since then he was continuing on the post as daily-rated workman and was being paid wages at the rate of Rs. 18.52 per day. This appeal is directed against the judgment dated October 30,1985, passed by the Sessions Judge, Merta by which the learned Sessions Judge convicted and sentenced the accused under Section 302, IPC.2. Appellant Dev Kishan was tried by the learned Sessions Judge for the offence under Section 302 IPC for committing the murder of his wife at 9.00-p.m. on November 25, 1977, in the house of her father, situated in village Gachhipura.
