This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution, has been filed by Shyam Lal Kabra for the following reliefs:(a) this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of prohibitio or any other writ, order or direction which is deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of this case restraining the non-petitioners and their officers and employees from interfering with the plying of the vehicle of the petitioner or seizing the same covered by valid All India Tourist permits for whole of Rajasthan which stands only renewed; and(b) Any other writ, direction or order which is deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of this case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.2. This revision petition is directed against the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Balotra Camp at Barmer dated 19-12-1984 whereby he has confirmed the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barmer.2. Brief facts of the case are that on 20-2-1981 at 8.45 a.m. PW2 Subhan lodged a written report (Ex.P/3) at the police station, Gadra Road, wherein, he has stated that on 19-2-1981 at about 8 p.m., the petitioner along with Sachu, Hakam, Sadela came to his house; and abused him. The petitioner struck a blow on his hand with an axe and others inflicted lathi blows on him. On raising alarm, the neighbours arrived there and rescued the injured. On this information, a case was registered under Sections 452, 424/34 and 504, I.P.C. The accused was arrested. The injured was medically examined. The injury report Ex.P/1 prepared by Dr. D.L. This jail appeal is directed against the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhilwara dated 30.11.1988, whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced for the offenses under Section 302 and 450 IPC.2. The necessary facts to be noticed in short are that one Chatarsingh (PW 1) submitted a written report at the police station. Kareda to the effect that on the day before yesterday night, at about 4 A.M., while Pannasingh (deceased) was sleeping in his house and the informant Chatarsingh was sleeping in the Chhatri, at that time the accused Mohan Singh came armed with Kulhari (axe) and gave Kulhari blow on the head of Pannasingh with intention to kill him. Course by respondent No.2 on the ground that admissions have been closed by 3.9.1991 and, therefore, she cannot be granted admission to the S.T.C. Course.2. The case of the petitioner is that she passed her Senior Higher Secondary Examination in the year 1991 and thereafter, she applied for admission to Two years School-Teachers Training Course (for short the STC Course).
