G.M. Lodha, J.1. Different plots of land which are in dispute in these cases were allotted to the petitioners by the Municipal Board, Nokha. These allotments were made in 1975-76. The petitioners have claimed that they were in old possession of these lands but that particular fact is disputed in many of the cases. The sale deeds were executed in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners' case is that they have also raised construction over these plots.2. Notices were sent to the petitioners by the Rajasthan State. Notices are cyclostyled and are identical in all the cases. Special Appeal No. 459/72 arises out of Civil Suit No. 956/1958(105/59), whereas Special Appeal No. 581/72 arises out of Civil Suit No. 549/1958. Kanmal, who is the respondent in both these appeal, was the defendant in both the suits.2. The facts relating to the filing of the aforesaid suits are as under: Ramdhan (Appellant in Special Appeal No. 459/72) was a tenant of the respondent. Brijlal (Appellant in Special Appeal No. 581/72) was tenant of Sheodayal, the brother of the respondent. ORDERP.D. Kudal, J. 1. This writ petition is directed against the order of the respondent whereby the renewal of the license for sale of foreign and Indian liquor was not granted. This license was issued to the petitioner for retail sale of foreign and Indian liquor for Apsara Hotel on 30th August, 1969. This license was renewed from time to time and the last renewal was for the period commencing from 1st April, 1979 to 31st March, 1980. The petitioner applied for renewal of the license vide his application dated 28th February, 1980 and also deposited a sum of Rupees 10,000/- on account of renewal fee of the license and Rs. 1,000/- being the ware fee.2.
