ORDERNigam, J.C.1. In Criminal Case No. 56 of 1951 filed by complainant Basudeo against Dindayal and Heeralal Under Sections 323, 325 and 109, IPC arguments were heard by the learned trial Honorary Magistrate on 29-6-1954 and 14-7-1954 was fixed for delivery of judgment. On that day, the Presiding Officer did not attend the court and 19-7-1954 was fixed for delivery of Judgment. But the delivery of judgment was postponed to 28-7-1954. On that day again no judgment was delivered and the learned trial Honorary Magistrate summoned the injury register maintained by the Victoria Hospital in respect of out-door patients for May 1951. On 5-8-1954, the accused presented an application that further evidence could not be recorded. Kanhaiyalal Azad has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution against the order passed by the City Magistrate, Ajmer, refusing to renew the petitioner's licence for a revolver.2. The facts relied on by the petitioner are that he was granted the licence in 1950 which was renewed from time to time until December 1953. That an application for further renewal was submitted by him, but on 30-12-1953 he received the District Magistrate's letter dated 23-12-1953 directing the petitioner to deposit the revolver in question. A request for communication of reasons of this order cancelling the licence was rejected by the District Magistrate without assignment of reasons on 27-1-1954. On 8-1-1954, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the Chief Commissioner, but the order of the District Magistrate was upheld on 15-1-1954.A further representation to the Government of India on 10-2-1954 was turned down, vide District Magistrate's letter dated 29-6-1954. ORDERNigam, J.C.1. This is a revision application, against an order passed Under Section 523, Criminal P. C, by the City Magistrate, Ajmer, directing delivery of an oil engine to Daulatram. 2. The facts in brief are that one Udhavdaa is stated to have owned two oil engines which he sold to Arjandas. He is, however, alleged to have retained possession of the engines undeJj an agreement of lease. Arjandas on 29-12-1950 is stated to have sold both the engines to Daulat-ram; Udhavdas agreed to pay rent to, Daulatram. On 5-8-1953 Udhavdas is alleged to have sold one of the engines to Gurubux Singh and to have delivered possession of the same to him. Gurubux Singh removed the engine to Kekri.
